Booking Policy
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before or at the start of the reservation.
Reservations are based on the number of guests booked, not the number who attend.
The reservation is strictly limited to the number of guests booked. No refunds will be provided for lower attendance. Additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance and paid for accordingly.
The person making the reservation is responsible for all guests during the event.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
Deposits are used to secure the date and time and may be non-refundable if the reservation is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
If severe weather or an emergency prevents the event from safely taking place, Cypress River Oasis may offer a one-time reschedule based on availability.
Time & Departure Policy
All guests must exit the property by the reserved end time stated in the agreement. This helps us properly prepare for any events scheduled after yours.
Any additional time must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
Guest & Social Media Policy
Only approved guests listed under the reservation are allowed. No open-invite parties, drop-ins, or unapproved additional guests are permitted.
For privacy and safety, guests may not post the venue address publicly on social media or use the address for open invitations.
